Find the Merge Accounts subtab under the Contacts tab.
Merges two contact accounts into one. Useful when the contact registers twice under different contact information (email vs. SMS).

NOTE - Merging two contacts requires they be part of the same contact list. Merging contacts in different lists is not allowed as it can violate rules in some reward programs. Move contacts to the same list first.
To merge a member's account, you must create a Primary and Secondary member. All points between members are merged and shown in the Primary Member account. All reward goal triggers send to the primary member.
Select a Contact List
The first step is selecting the contact list where you will be merging the contacts.
Select Contact
Next, select the first contact in the Primary Contact column. Use the search box below the column or use the scroll bar. Once the correct contact is found and highlighted, click the contact, and the highlight will stay on the contact.
Next, select the Secondary Contact and repeat the same process you performed when selecting the Primary Contact.
Press the Merge Account button.
Return to the Contacts Tab.
