Creating a User Account is found the Users tab.

Creates a user account based on the access rights of the present account. A user cannot create an account with greater access to either parts of the RoboRewards product, businesses, reward programs or locations.

User Settings

Select the user type, either a regular user or trial user. Trial users have no access to sending broadcasts campaigns.

Create a username, with a minimum of two characters (upper-case letters only in leading character).

Create a password and the user will be instructed to change their password upon their first login.

NOTE - Hover over the question mark next to the username and password fields to reveal rules for these settings.

Select the business(es) and the location(s) the user accesses.

WARNING - The business must have automatic billing established before creating any user account.

Finally, enter the user's full name and email address.

Advanced User Settings

Under the advanced settings, there are some additional settings:

• Active - deactivate an account without deleting it
• Edit Own Settings - allow the user to edit their account
• Enable Build-In Helps - enable help and knowledge base links
• Recent Activity Log - track user's activity by the product

By default, all these options are checked.

Admin Notifications

Administrators have a few additional settings.

For notifications about the user, enter an email address.

If you would like notification of large broadcast sends, check this box and enter the target threshold.

To be notified of large imports check this box and enter the target threshold.

To receive an SMS notification instead of email or in conjunction with email, check this box.

NOTE - Press the Save button to create the user account or press cancel to ignore changes.
