The member may change their "My Location" inside of their member profile. If the member joins via a contact form and the "My Location" is an option on the form, the member may choose their "My Location" and will override the member list Default Location.
NOTE - The "My Location" functionality is primarily designed for broadcasting purposes. Also, you can assign employees or system users to specific locations. If a system users assigned to a specific location or multiple locations, the user is only allowed to view the members who have chosen the location as their "My Location." Also, when system users broadcast campaigns, the broadcast will only send to members assigned to the system user's locations.
- Immediate List Offer: If an offer is selected, once the member joins the list, the offer will immediately be available in their profile. If the same offers sent via an autoresponder, only one offer would show in their profile. Duplicate offers are never allowed to display in members profiles. If a duplicate offers sent, the expiration date will update to the most recent offer sent.
2) Immediate 'Join List' SMS Campaign Section

- Send an Immediate SMS: If you would like to send an immediate SMS campaign when the member joins the list, select the "Yes" option.
- SMS Content: If "Yes" is chosen, enter the SMS text message. Use Tokens by selecting the Dynamic Content drop-down. Offers can attach to the SMS message. If using an "Immediate List Offer," there is no need to use the "Link Offers to SMS," however, doing so will only display one offer in the member's profile.
3) Default Fields Section
The default fields display on the member's profile and sign-up forms.
- Set The Permission For Default Fields: The default fields are dynamic. Therefore, they can be turned On or Off inside the member profile or signup form after a forms created. To dynamically add or remove fields from a form or profile, they must first be added to the form while creating. Before creating an Account Profile form, turn the member list Default Fields to "Yes, Required" or "Yes, Not Required" for any field you would like to have control of dynamically. To remove a field from the sign-up form, select the "No, Do Not Ask" drop-down. Once the contact lists saved, the user profile and sign-up form will reflect the changes.
