Find the Create a Custom Fields subtab under the Contact Lists tab.
Creates a custom field using a two-step process. After creating the field, add it to the Contact List and website form.

Custom fields allow a business to collect any data from their members they choose. Display custom field questions in sign-up or account profile forms. Build segments based on custom fields for targeted marketing.

Create Custom Field Step 1
Select the Custom Field Type from one of these options:
- Text Field: Allows users to enter any combination of letters and numbers.
- Multiline Text Field: Allows users to enter text on separate lines.
- Numbers Only: Allows users to enter any number, the range can be restricted.
- Pick List: Allows users to select a value from a list you define.
- Checkboxes: Allows users to select multiple true/false values using checkboxes.
- Radio Buttons: Allows users to select only one value from a list of options.
- Date Field: Allows users to pick a date, optionally within a certain range.
- Bonus Signup Points Checkbox: A website form signup question that’s asked once. Different bonus points can be issued depending on the answer.
The Custom Field Name display on the members profile. If this field answers a question, ask the question here.
Is This Field Required: Choose whether or not the field is required to complete the form or signup the customer.
When finished, press the Next button.
Create Custom Field Step 2
The selected Custom Field Type determines which fields display on this screen. Utilize the tooltip help text by hovering the mouse over the question mark icon.

When finished, press the Save button.
