Find the View Segments tab under the Contact Lists tab.

NOTE - Segments are an extremely powerful marketing tool. Most data in a contact's profile is searchable for targeted marketing efforts. Segmenting allows a business owner to market promotions, offers and content to contacts that matched specific search criteria.


Common List Columns

All created segments display on this page. There are four columns found on this page:

  • Segment Name: Display the name of the custom field.
  • Created Date: Display the date created.
  • Members: Displays the number of members in the segment.
  • Action: Display allowed actions on the custom field.
    • Click the X icon to delete a segment. Alternatively, check the segment(s) you would like to delete and press the Delete Selected button.
    • Click the View Members icon to view all members within the segment.
    • Click the Pencil icon to edit the segment.
    • Click the Copy icon to copy the segment.


To add a segment from this page, click the Create a Segment button.
