Find the Search Contacts subtab under the Contacts tab.

This page allows you to search for contacts using different filtering methods.

Contacts -> Search Contacts

Click on the image to begin video.

First choose to filter a member list or a segment.

Search Options – Selecting Member List(s)

The member list radio button offers unique filtering options. Once checked, click the "Next" button.

Filter by Basic Details

Similar to the View Members Page, the same filtering options are available, however, multiple filtering options may be applied at once.

Visible Fields

Select the visible field to you would like to display on the results page.

When finished, press the Next Button.

Results Page

The results page is very similar to the "View All Members" page. Perform deeper searches with the column search fields via entering search text and using the filer icon. Update members via checking the checkbox and selecting a "Choose an action" option and pressing the "Go" button. An important feature on this page is the "Start Exporting Members" button.

Search Options – Selecting Segment(s)

Viewing segments only allows the viewing of segments.

When you have selected the segments you would like to view, press the Next button.

Results Page

The resulting layout and filter options are similar to Member List filter options. One difference is the columns displayed. The columns displayed will show the member list columns. There is no option to choose "Visible Fields" as available when filtering Member Lists.
