Find the View Custom Email/SMS Templates subtab under the Template tab.
The View Custom Email/SMS Templates page controls custom templates inside the reward program.

Common List Columns
There 6 columns displayed on the page.
- Template Name: This column displays the name of the template
- Created Date: The date the template was created.
- Email Format: This column displays the email format of the template.
- Active: A green check means the campaign is active. A red "X" means the campaign is inactive.
- Global: Displays if the template is a Global template or tied to a single reward program.
- Action: The Action column allows system users to Preview the Template, Edit the Template, Copy the Template, and Delete the Template.
Column & Search Filtering
You may select any template and choose to update the template status by selecting the Choose an action button and pressing the Go button.
An Active template is one visible during broadcast creation, and a Global template is one visible to all reward programs across the entire system.
There is a search box used to search any information found on the page. To perform a deeper search or filter, use the search field in each column. Each column has a field you may use for custom searches. For instance, in the "Template Name" column field enter the name of a template. Press the filter icon and there are a multitude of filter options you may choose.
