Common List Columns

The View Email/SMS Campaign subtab contains the following default columns.

  • Campaign Name: This column lists the name of the campaign
  • Created Date: The date the campaign was created.
  • Reply Email: The email that will receive the reply if a member responds to the broadcast.
  • Campaign Type: Displays the type of campaign.
  • Active: A green check means the campaign is active. A red "X" means the campaign is inactive.
  • Action: The Action column eyeglass allows you to view the campaign. The envelope with the green arrow allows you to send the campaign. The pencil allows you to edit the campaign. The round blue button allows you to copy the campaign and the red "X" allows you to delete the campaign. Depending on your user status and permissions given, some or all of the actions may not be available.

Filtering, Creating & Page Size

Each column field can be filtered by entering text in the column field and pressing the filter icon. This method searches the entire database if there are multiple pages in the grid. Alternatively, you can search the results that display on the current page by using the search box in the upper right-hand corner above the "Action" column.

NOTE - Using the search box in the upper right-hand corner does not search the entire database, but only the current page.

To "Create an Email/SMS Campaign" click the respective button. All campaigns have a checkbox selection for performing grouped actions. Choose the action you would like to perform and press the "Go" button.

You may also change the "Page size," found at the bottom of the page. If you would like to make this the permanent page size, press the "Lock Page Size" button.
