Copy an Email/SMS Campaign Print

Find the Copy An Email/SMS Campaign subtab under the Broadcast tab.

Copy an existing, working campaign to a new name as a template for a new campaign.

Email/SMS Campaign Details

When the Copy Email/SMS Campaign subtab is pressed, the following fields display:

Campaign Name: Give the template a memorable name
Campaign Type: Choose the type (smart, email, SMS, appointment or override) to copy
Select Campaign: Select the Campaign to copy

When finished, press the Copy Campaign button.

NOTE - You may also directly copy a campaign by pressing the copy icon image on the View Email/SMS Campaigns page.
