Find the Survey Results tab under the Surveys tab.
Displays summary and individual results of surveys for the current reward program.

Accessing the survey results can be reached by visiting the tab titled “Survey Results” or going to the tab titled “View Surveys” and under the action column pressing the notebook and pencil icon.
Select a Survey
First, select a survey you would like to view and press the “View Results” button.
Viewing Survey Results
At the top of the page, there are two buttons. The “Export Responses” button allows you to export responses in a CSV file and the “Browse Responses One-by-One” allows you to browse responses one of time.
The date range allows you to select a preconfigured or customize timeframe. You can select to view “all responses”, “all negative resolved”, “all negative responses resolved”, “all negative responses unresolved”, you may also select which employee to filter or to view all employees grouped together. When your settings are in place, press the “Filter” button.
Survey Averages
The survey averages allow you to receive an overall snapshot of your business performance. View the total averages, the averages for the current week, the averages for this month, the averages for last month, and the averages for the year.
Survey List
The survey lists show surveys in detail one by one. If a survey has negative feedback, a hyperlink will display that says, “Respond to Negative Score.” Click this link and you redirected to the “Send an Email/SMS Campaign“ page.
You can choose to send a pre-created email or “Create a New Campaign.” If choosing to create a new campaign, you may choose to send a pre-created built and template. Pre-created built-in templates are wonderful for businesses that have common complaints around a given category. Give the campaign a name and choose the pre-created template. Chose to change the text as necessary to personalize the message and add any offer discounts, if needed. When finished, press save and send the campaign.
