Find the Create an Autoresponder subtab under the Autoresponders tab.

Create an autoresponder for a selected contact list in the current reward program.

Autoresponders -> Create an Autoresponder

Select a Contact List(s)

To create an autoresponder, first select the contact list the autoresponder should manage.

When finished, press to the Next button.

Autoresponder Details

• Name this Autoresponder: Choose a name for the autoresponder.
• Sender Profile: Select the sender profile that will send the broadcast.

Sending Options

• Send this Autoresponder: Choose to send the autoresponder immediately if the web form does not include a thank you message or choose to send the autoresponder after the member has been on the list for a specified amount of time.

Autoresponder Content

• Email, SMS or Smart Campaign: Choose the type of campaign that should send when the rules are reached.

When finished, press to the Save button.
