Triggers Defined
Triggers are used to automate the marketing process for the reward program. Triggers allow a business to have peace of mind knowing there members are consistently being touched. Triggers are drip marketing campaigns based on member action rules being reached or not reached. This delivers the right message to the right member at the right time. If done correctly, triggers could be the most important tool inside of the entire reward program software. There are a multitude of triggers found under the Create a Trigger subtab.
View Triggers
To create a trigger press the “Create trigger” button or visit the Create a Trigger subtab. If you would like to Delete, Activate, Deactivate a trigger, do so by selecting the appropriate trigger and pressing the “Choose an action” drop-down and press the “Go” button.
