Special Features
To post a transaction, press the Post Transaction button.
To export transactions, run any filters if necessary and press the Start Exporting Transactions button.
The right-hand side of the screen displays the current amount of transactions on the page as well as the total transactions in the program.
The Find search box will search any data on the screen. To search the entire database, enter a search term in any column and press the filter icon button.
The Date Range bar is used for filtering. You can search via a pre-created date range or a custom date range. You can filter by member list, activity status, email confirmation status and SMS confirmation status. You may also filter by any employee.
Your program may not include "Pending" status and "Shipping", but if pending status is enabled enabled you may filter via approved, pending, declined, violation, and points issued. If using the shipping feature, there are 2 additional options titled redeemed and shipped. After a member redeems an item, an appropriate system user inside the reward program must change the status to “Shipped” after shipping the product. After the necessary settings are in place, press the “Filter” button.
If you would like to delete multiple transactions, do so by selecting multiple, choosing the action drop-down “Delete” and pressing the “Submit Button.
Display Columns
The transaction page contains the following default columns:
- Unique ID: The unique ID column shows the members unique identifier in the following order of priority: Member Card ID -> Name -> Mobile Number -> Email -> Root ID.
- Date: The date column displays the date of the transaction.
- Location: The location column lists where the transaction took place.
- Status: The status column will only be present if using pending transactions. If using pending transactions, the status column will display the status of the transaction. If using a pending status, the transaction must be manually approved unless the reward program rules allow auto approval after the pending time expires. Please ask your account representative or create a support ticket, if needed to discuss the rules in place.
- Type: The type column displays the type of transaction, either Manual, Import or API connection i.e. POS systems.
- EE: The EE column displays the employee who posts the transaction.
- Offer Name: If an offer was used, the offer name will display in the offer name.
- Offer Type: If an offer was redeemed, the offer type will display here.
- PTonTX: This column displays the points earned on the transaction.
- Spent: The spent column displays the amount of money spent during the purchase.
- Is Historical: This column will display “True” if the transaction was imported as a historical transaction. If the transaction was a real-time transaction and not a historical transaction, “False” will display. Historical transactions do not add points to the member’s profile.
- Action: You may edit the transaction by pressing the pencil image. When pressed, you may change the amount of the transaction and the points awarded. To delete the transaction entirely, press the red “X” image.
