Find the Imported Transaction Logs subtab under the Transactions tab.


Displays (exports and deletes) a snapshot of completed transaction imports to the current reward program.

Transaction Import Log Details

The "+" icon, found at the beginning of each row, provides a global snapshot of each import. You can view how many transactions were valid or invalid and an overall snapshot why.


Common List Columns

Each transaction log grid contains the following columns:

  • File Name: This column displays the name of the file imported.
  • Historical Data: If the file uploaded contain historical data, “True” will display, otherwise “False” shows.
  • Uploading Transactions: This column displays how many transactions were uploaded.
  • Successful Transactions: This column displays the number of successful transactions upload.
  • Failed Transactions: This column displays the number of failed transactions upload.
  • Process Start Date: This column displays the process start date and time.
  • Process End Date: This column displays the process end date and time.
  • TX Upload Date: This column displays the upload date.
  • Status: This column displays the status of the import.
  • Action: When clicked, the eyeglass image gives a detailed description of why transactions failed.


Action Column

The filter drop-down “Select TX Failed Reason” allows you to select the reason a group of transactions failed to import.


Failure Messages

There are twelve failed categories including the Email or Mobile Blank, the Email was Bad, a Members Not Found, an Offers Not Found, an Employees Not Found, a Transaction Amount Warning, a Max Points Limit Reached, an All Points Will Not Be Awarded, a Transaction Amount Not Valid, a Transaction Submission Failed, the Transaction Date Not Valid, or Other reason. Choose the appropriate category and press filter. If for some reason a category is not clear and transactions have failed with this category, please send a support ticket for clarification.


Export Logs

To export files to Excel, press the "Export To Excel" button. The export file will only contain the data you filtered. If you wish to export all failed transaction imports, keep the filter on the default setting "Select Member Failed Reason" and press the "Export To Excel" button.
