Web Site

RoboRewards maintains multiple sites on the World Wide Web. Each site acts independently from every other site. Sites function as production and test environments for either RoboRewards or one of its resellers.

Each site contains a copy of RoboRewards' award-winning software along with its own database. Resellers can rebrand their sites to their unique identity.

NOTE - RoboRewards recommends using the Chrome browser to assure compatibility with our many features.

RoboRewards Software

Our proprietary software supplies the framework from which to manage reward programs, contacts & point transactions. Its flexibility customizes to any company in terms of both branding & business model. Click Product Features for more information about how the software works.

User accounts

User accounts control accessibility to menu tabs and subtabs. Accounts restrict users to a specific business and reward program(s). Employees access only those locations authorized by the business owner. Built-in security automatically audits and limits amounts of points per transaction.

After signing up with RoboRewards (or one of its resellers), you will be provided with a URL for the web site and account name. Select the "forgot password" option on the login screen to receive an email to reset your password.

NOTE - User accounts/passwords function on only one website.

RoboRewards Database

The database manages settings, image files, and contact data. RoboRewards loads each database with a set of sample graphics, forms, demonstration businesses, built-in templates & rewards programs.

The database is divided into three levels of organization: business, reward program & location.

Business

Each site contains a list of businesses corresponding to RoboRewards' (or its resellers') client companies. Businesses act as the highest level of organization within the database controlling these settings:

  • Contact information for business owner
  • Company name and contact information (including social media presence)
  • Primary location

Reward program(s)

The heart of the database - reward programs - manages custom settings, rules & defaults. The four primary reward programs adjust to fit many different business models (retail, service, etc.). Programs require a sender profile (verified email address) and graphic files which contain business logos.

NOTE - logo files must adhere to standard pixel sizes (Offer/login - 228x82, Application - 82 height, Kiosk - 270x82, Email Banner - 655 width, Refer-a-Friend - 960x125, Account Profile - 100x600, Survey Banner - 228x82)

The following structures fit underneath reward programs:

  • Contacts & Contact Lists
  • Website Forms
  • Email/SMS Templates
  • Offers
  • Campaigns
  • Automation
  • Transactions
  • Surveys
  • Statistics

Contacts join Contact Lists for a specific reward program through Website Forms and/or Email/SMS Templates. The business informs contacts of their Offers through Campaigns. Automation (Triggers and Autoresponders) remind contacts to utilize their points (or other options) at specified events. Contacts gain or redeem points through transactions. Surveys and Statistics track contact opinions and preferences to evaluate the effectiveness of programs.

Contacts create and access their online profiles through their SMS-enabled mobile device(s), app, or email. Businesses can utilize in-house tablets to manage transactions or register new contacts through the RoboRewards app.

Since reward programs contain a vast range of options, RoboRewards suggests copying a working or demo program to a new name. Customizing an existing program ensures functionality while minimizing the complexity of creating a program from scratch. Roborewards works new businesses to help initial setup of a reward program. Businesses continue to evolve their programs to suit their needs.

WARNING - Different reward programs cannot share points with each other.

Location(s)

Reward programs connect to one or more business locations (physical, website, or both). This flexibility allows national or international companies to offer separate reward programs on regional basis. Individual franchises can easily customize their own reward programs from any number of built-in templates.
