The Broadcast Tab controls one of four types of communications with contacts: campaigns. The other three types - surveys, autoresponders and triggers - appear in the Survey Tab and Autoresponder Tab. Broadcast Tab consists of six subtabs:

• View Email/SMS Campaigns - View or edit existing Email/SMS campaigns
• Create an Email/SMS Campaign - Create a new Email/SMS campaign to be sent to contacts
• Copy an Email/SMS Campaign - Copy an old campaign to a new name
• Image Manager - Upload images from your computer to use when creating content for your emails
• View Scheduled Email/SMS Queue - See which Email/SMS campaigns are scheduled to send and when.

Managers and business owners usually assume full control of these functions as they develop, refine, and evolve their reward program.
