The Autoresponders Tab controls autoresponders and triggers which automate a reward program. These features span four subtabs:

• View Autoresponders - View or edit existing autoresponder emails
• Create an Autoresponder - Create an email that is automatically sent after a specific time
• View Triggers - activates an action when a specific event occurs
• Create a Trigger - creates triggers

Administrators and resellers provide a pre-built set of autoresponders and triggers. Business owners and managers use these examples to refine their reward program.
