Once properly setup, reward programs function automatically for the most part. For example, RoboRewards provides API access to its software for many retail POS systems. However, business staff may manually enter transactions for special offers which exist outside of the normal flow of business.

Post Transactions
Employees can manually post transactions (adding or redeeming points/offers) on behalf of a contact. The page keeps everything simple:
- Contact lookup by name, phone number, or email
- Amount of the transaction
- Employee username
- Offer to redeem
Some transactions may require manager override depending on the rules established by the reward program.
Audit/View Transactions
A business owner or manager can view transactions for review or auditing purposes at any time.
Import/Export Transactions
Businesses can import transactions from an external file to load historical data or manually interface external systems to RoboRewards.
