Find the Privacy Policy subtab under the My Account tab.
Create and edit a custom privacy policy for the selected rewards program.

Basic Features
Privacy policy displays when members click on a link found in the profile, sign-up, or login screens for forms.
Use the Pullout selection menu to select a rewards program
Use the HTML editor to modify the privacy policy for the currently selected reward program.
Press the Save Privacy Profile Settings button to save the changes.
Page Features
The reward program uses the default privacy policy for the site until a custom profile is saved. Other features include:
- Save Privacy Profile Settings - Press this button to save the displayed settings for the currently selected reward program.
- Preview - This button opens a new tab in the browser to display the privacy policy as it would appear to reward program members.
- Reset HTML - Click this checkbox and press the Save Privacy Profile Settings button to reset the privacy policy to the default message for the website.
- Default or Custom - Click this radio button to use the shown message or redirect members to an external website.
- Set Width - Determines the width of the message page in pixels.
