The Application Settings subtab is under the Settings Tab.


The Application Settings subtab controls default email and regional settings for the RoboRewards product database.

Customize these fields for your business as part of the initial setup of the product:


  • Admin Email Address - receives all support tickets (including password reset notification emails).
  • System Message - appears in the welcome header on the home page
  • Default Language, My Local Timezone, Country, and DateFormat - default values used when Creating a Business
  • System Admin Mobile - (development database only)
  • Admin Email - receives system notifications concerning low Email credits in all rewards programs (can contain one or more addresses, separated by commas)
  • Admin Mobil - receives system notifications concerning low SMS credits in all rewards programs (can contain one or more addresses, separated by commas)
  • Application Owner Name - name of the owner of current database (development database only)
