The Email Credit Settings and SMS Credit Settings subtabs are under the Settings Tab.
These subtabs control notifications to the Admin Email (Email notifications) and Admin Mobile (SMS notifications) when any rewards program approaches its limit of Email credits or SMS credits. Both screens work the same way. You can configure up to three notifications which monitor reward programs credits at different levels (zero to 50% at 5% increments). Three notifications go to customers and three go to RoboRewards administrators. Each notification comes with a boilerplate email message which you can fully customize using standard text and key fields from RoboRewards accounts.
These subtabs have no effect for accounts with unlimited Email Credits. See Email Settings for more information.

Reward Program Low Credit Email Settings
This section controls notifications based on email credits for all rewards program(s). Choose to send one, two or three messages to the rewards program administrator when a certain percentage of credits remain.
To instruct the system to send a notification:
- Check the "Yes, send reminder email..." box and three "Send a reminder email" lines appear.
- Check the box next to the line of your choice and the subject line and email text boxes appear.
- Select the appropriate percentage from the pulldown list which triggers this notification.
- Edit the subject line and email text boxes to customize this notification for your rewards program.
- Press the Save button to keep the changes (or cancel to keep the original settings).
NOTE: Be sure to forward the notification to your business owner if he/she doesn't monitor the Account Notification Emails or Account Notification SMS specified in the reward program.
WARNING: Keep the lowest percentage in the top line, medium percentage on the second line, and highest percentage in the bottom line. Changing the order of the numbers may produce unpredictable results.
