The View Web Forms subtab can be found under the Forms tab.

Displays a list of website forms based on the business and reward program selected from the left side menu.

This page presents a snapshot of forms attached to the current business/reward program:

• Form Name: Displays the name of the form
• Linked Member List: Contact list associated with this form. The form adds new contacts to this list.
• Created: Creation date of the form.
• Form Type: The type of form created (Email Signup, SMS Signup, Account Profile, Refer-a-Friend).
• Owner: User who created the form.
• Action: five actions are currently available corresponding to these icons:
  • Eyeglass - views a website form 
  • HTML - views the links associated with the form
  • Pencil - edits a form
  • Copy - copy a website form (within the same reward program)
  • Red X - delete a form

Additionally, each column field can be filter searched by entering text in the column field and pressing the filter icon. This method searches the entire database if there are multiple pages in the grid. You may also create a form by pressing the "Create a Website Form" button or checking the appropriate forms and pressing the "Delete Selected" button.
