The Create Web Forms subtab is found under the Forms tab.
The first type of web form (Email Sign-Up) allows new contacts to signup for email-based reward program information.
Forms -> Create a Website Form (Email Sign-Up)

Step 1 - Email Sign-Up Form Selection
After selecting "Email Sign-Up Form", give the form of a name.
NOTE - It's highly recommended to use the double opt-in confirmation. If you wish to send a thank you promotion email, do so here. Alternatively, an autoresponder can be created to send an email immediately or after a given amount of time. The “Thank You Promotion Email” is sent within seconds, whereas autoresponder triggers sends in two-minute intervals.
If you would like notification of new member’s details, check the "Email New Members Details to You" box.
NOTE - The captcha security option only applies to the Account Profile Form option.
Next, Select Sender Profile and Choose Member List the contact will join upon sign-up.
Once complete, Click the Next button.
Step 2 - LongBox or Tablet
At the top of the page, choose a long box sign-up form or a tablet form. Edit any text on the form you wish. Colors can be changed using the editor, and the background can be changed via HTML. An easy way to change the background color is finding the color of the current background, clicking the HTML button, searching the color via a web browser, and entering the new desired hex code.
NOTE - The hex color code can be found using a color picker extension or add-on in Chrome or Firefox.
Once complete, Click the Next button.
Step 3 - Confirmation Page Options
The confirmation page can be customized to your liking. Change any text you wish or redirect the user to an existing website URL.
Double Opt-In Confirmation Page Options
If using the double opt-in confirmation options, the double opt-in sections will appear. After the confirmation links clicked, choose where to send the member. The member can loop back to the original form, the newly created user profile or they can stay on the confirmation page. Note, redirection is only possible if keeping the member on the systems confirmation page. Redirection is not possible if directing the new member to an existing personal URL.
Double Opt-In Email Options
Use the default double opt-in email text or choose make any modifications you choose.
Once complete, Click the Next button.
Step 4 - Form Completion Page Options
Choose what the form completion page will say or redirect the member to an existing website URL.
After 5 Seconds Redirect to:
If he using the software's form completion Thank You page, you will have the option to redirect the member after five seconds. Choose to loop the member back to the original form, the newly created user profile, or stay on the page above. Redirection is not possible if directing the new member to an external URL.
Thanks Email Options
Enter the thank you email text in the provided forms. The HTML version is for those members whose email client allows HTML and the text version is for those email clients that do not allow HTML.
Dynamic content tokens can be added to each email. A deeper discussion about email tokens can be found in the Create an Email/SMS Campaign video.
Once complete, Click the Next button.
Step 5 - Error Message Options
Use the default error message, change the text, or redirect the user to an external URL.
When finished press Save button.
