Find the View All Contacts subtab under the Contacts tab.
Search, select, add, edit, and delete all contacts across the current reward program and location(s).
NOTE - Use the popup navigation to select the reward program and location. Set location to View All to see contacts across all locations.

Common List Columns
The page contain the following default columns.
- SMS Status: Depending on your country, the SMS status column may not display. This column confirms if a member has opt-in to receive SMS messages. A green phone icon means the members mobile status is confirmed and subscribed to receive SMS messages. A black phone icon means the members mobile status is unsubscribed & has opt-out from receiving SMS messages. A blue phone icon means the contact’s mobile status is unconfirmed, but an opt-in request has been sent. Finally, a red phone icon means a member's mobile is not confirmed and cannot receive SMS messages.
- Last: Displays the members Last name.
- First: Displays the members First name.
- CardID: If using a member Loyalty Card, the ID will display here.
- Mobile: Displays the members mobile number.
- Email: Displays the members email.
- TBalance: Displays the members Total Point Balance.
- TSpent: Displays the members Total Spend.
- Action: The eyeglass image allows you to view the member, the calendar image allows you to log an event, the pencil image allows you to edit the member and the red "X" image allows you to delete the member.
There are an unlimited amount of columns you can add to the display on this page. To choose the columns, visit the Create a Contact List article in the Visible Fields Section.
WARNING - All member lists must have the same visible fields selected to display on this page.
View Filter
The upper right-hand corner has two drop downs menus to filter the visible contacts:
- The first drop-down displays the member lists and segments.
- The second drop-down shows all activity statuses for emails and mobiles, as well as inactivity status.
Adding/Exporting Members
Just below these two filters on the left-hand side is the Start Exporting Members button. When pressed, the entire member list will be exported or the filtered views selected.
Next to this button, is the Add a Member To My List button. Press this button to add a member to the member list.
Column & Search Filtering
Update status of multiple contacts by clicking the check box in the SMS Status field, choose an item from the Choose an action drop-down list and press the Go button.
On the very far right, are the display results of the page and the total contacts in the list. Also, there is a search box used to search any information found on the page. To perform a deeper search or filter against all contacts in the entire reward program, use the search field in each column. Each column has a field you may use for custom searches. For instance, in the "Last" column field enter the last name of a member. Press the filter icon and there are a multitude of filter options you may choose.
Lock Page Size
You may also change the Page size pulldown, found at the bottom of the page. If you would like to make this the permanent page size, press the Lock Page Size button.
