Find the Post Transactions subtab under the Transactions tab.
Manually post (add) transactions for a contact in a reward program at a specific location. Also displays available offers.

NOTE - If there are multiple locations, you must first select the location where the transaction will be posted.
The very left-hand corner of the screen has a “Refresh” button and a very far right hand of the screen has a “Full Screen” view button.
Member Lookup: When on the post transaction screen, first enter the members loyalty card, mobile phone number, or email. Note, the Member Lookup field allows smart search. Meaning, you may search the last 4 digits of a phone number or any string of characters and the search will display all results that contain the characters entered.
Select Customer: If an exact match is found, the member will automatically be selected and the available offers will display. If multiple members are included in the search results, you must press the “Select Customer” field to display the results and select the appropriate member.
Promos: When the member is selected, the promos will display, if any. After a promotion has been selected, press the “Use” button. Note, expired offers will display for 120 days.
Use: The use button selects the member where the transaction will post.
Resend Verification: If the members email or mobile is not verified, a popup will display asking to verify the email or mobile. You may edit or change the email or mobile and Resend Verification or Skip Verification. The setting can be changed to require verification before posting a transaction or turned off inside of the Tablet Settings subtab. Learn more by visiting the Tablet Setting article.
Amount: Enter the amount of the transaction. A decimal point is not required.
Employee ID: Depending on the reward program settings, this field may be required and/or already filled-in.
View: Shows contact details.
TXs: The TX button shows the transaction history for the member.
Appointment: If enabled, the appointment button allows you to schedule an appointment for the member. First, select the appointment date, next choose how far in advance you would like to send the reminder, and in the "When Triggered" field select the broadcast to send. Finally, select the "Sender Profile" and leave the "Is Trigger Active" checked as "Yes, this triggers active." To add another trigger press the "Add Another" button, and if multiple appointment reminders are created you can view them by pressing the previous and next buttons.
Override: If enabled, the “Override” button allows you to override the standard transaction trigger with a different campaign. When the button is pressed, change the status of “Want to Send Override Trigger” from “No to “Yes," choose the override trigger in the drop-down, and select the sender profile. Leave the checkbox checked which says, “Yes, this triggers active.” When finished press the “Save” button .
When finished, press the Submit button.
