Upload and Manage Image Files

Containers with the upload icon upload image files. Open the container icon and click on the "Upload Image" button to open the image manager window. Either click on the "Upload New Image" or select an existing image from the folders displayed. Click on the "Select Image" button to use the corresponding image. New images display a file browser window. Click on an image file to upload to the RoboRewards database and use in the profile website.

The RoboRewards database includes numerous image files suitable for many different business types.

NOTE - RoboRewards encourages business owners and managers to experiment with different combinations of image files and background colors. These selections establish a personal mood for each reward program. Determine what fits your business best.

Click on the image delete icon to delete the currently select image from the website page (or click on the "Upload Image" button to select another image).

Format and Size

Image files can be in .jpg or .png format. RoboRewards using a transparent background on most images.

Each image file contains a suggested size (width x height) in pixels. Avoid exceeding the sizes on the settings screen. Here is a summary of the available options:

Logo Image (228 x 52) in header
Business Logo (436 x 500) in login page, join now, home page (before & after login)
Banner Image (1920 x 672) in login page, join now, home page (before login)
Banner Image (1920 x 504) in home page (after login)
Refer a Friend Logo (228 x 82) in refer a friend page
Banner Image (1920 x 166) in child pages
Banner Image (370 x 175) in subfooter section-4
Banner Image (766 x 252) in mobile settings (home page)

Businesses have complete control of these files. For example, the login, join now, and home pages can use the same or different image files.

Cropping and Spanning Images

The website will automatically adjust the image to fill the appropriate place in the website. Since the factors determining how the image is cropped and/or expanded include the member's display device and browser settings, no one can guarantee how the image will ultimately display.

WARNING - Do not use images containing important text messages since the text may not appear on the screen.

Use images that portray a mood or feeling (backdrops, scenery, iconic objects) rather than a text message. This can include the company logo, publicity photos, etc.

Background Color and Opacity

By using images with a transparent background, you can control the background within the RoboRewards software. Background colors can lighten or darken a picture a lot or a little (depending on opacity settings).

NOTE - Remember to refresh your browser frequently to see changes to your website.
