The Create Web Forms subtab is found under the Forms tab.
The second type of form is the SMS Sign-Up Form.

Step 1 - SMS Sign-Up Form Selection
Give the form a name.
WARNING - SMS requires a double opt-in confirmation in the United States. SMS laws vary in other countries.
If you wish to send a "Thank You Promotion SMS," do so here. Alternatively, an autoresponder can be created to send an email immediately or after a given amount of time. You can also attach an immediate message to the contact list. More about attaching immediate SMS Message to a contact list can be found in the Create a Contact List video. The “Thank You Promotion SMS” and Contact List SMS, if attached, are sent within seconds, whereas autoresponder triggers send in a two-minute intervals. If you would like notification of new members details, check the box.
NOTE - The captcha security option only applies to the Account Profile Form option.
Next, Select Sender Profile and Choose Member List the contact will join upon sign-up.
Once complete, click the Next button.
Step 2 - LongBox or Tablet
Choose either the LongBox sign-up form or Tablet form. Edit any text on the form you wish.
Colors can be changed using the editor, and the background can be changed via HTML. An easy way to change the background color is finding the color of the current background, clicking the HTML button, searching the color via a web browser, and entering the new desired hex code.
NOTE - The hex color code can be found using a color picker extension or add-on in Chrome or Firefox.
Once complete, click the Next button.
Step 3 - Form Completion Page Options
Choose what the form completion page will say or redirect the member to an existing website URL.
After 5 Seconds Redirect to:
If using the software's form completion Thank You page, you will have the option to redirect the member after five seconds. Choose to loop the member back to the original form, the newly created user profile, or stay on the page above. Redirection is not possible if directing the new member to an external URL.
Thanks SMS Options
Enter the Thank You SMS text in the provided forms. The HTML version is for those members whose email client allows HTML and the text version is for those email clients that do not allow HTML.
Dynamic content tokens can be added to each email. A deeper discussion about email tokens can be found in the Create an Email/SMS Campaign video.
Once complete, click the Next button.
Step 4 - Error Message Options
Use the default error message, change the text, or redirect the user to an external URL.
When finished, click the Save button.
