The Forms Tab manages email/SMS/website forms using two subtabs:

• View Website Forms - select, edit, create and delete website forms. Users can copy existing forms to allow customizations of existing campaigns. Additional options allow view (i.e. copy/paste to another application) of HTML code and open the form in a separate tab of the current browser to review the form as it would look to a contact.
• Create a Form - create a new form 
  • Email Signup - New contacts join reward program and give their Email address
  • SMS Signup - New contacts join reward program and give their mobile phone number
  • Account Profile - Contacts update their information
  • Refer-a-Friend - Contacts send an invitation to a friend to join the reward program
• Create Profile Form 2.0 (development only)

Distributors and administrators can view all forms. Managers and business owners see only forms for their reward program(s).
