The Location Settings subtab is found under the My Account tab.
WARNING - The Location Settings subtab will not appear in the My Account tab unless a reward program is selected from the pop-out navigation menu.
The location settings allow you to create, edit, and delete locations for a reward program. You can also activate and deactivate locations without deleting them.
WARNING - Business owners, managers, and employees are generally not allowed to create locations. Contact your administrator or distributor to perform this action.

Create New Location(s)
To add a location, press the create new location button and fill in the necessary details. Click the Save button to create the new location.
NOTE - If adding multiple locations, Download Template (a .CSV file) to build an Upload Locations file. This can be extremely beneficial. After adding the locations to the software, they display at the third level of authority on the pop-out navigation.
The Location Name will display in the members profile if “My Location” is enabled inside of the Create a Contact List. Use a location name that is memorable. For example, the street address (or intersection) allows contacts to easily find and tag their favorite location. When members tag their favorite location, a business can market to targeted locations under Create an Email/SMS Campaign. A business can track statistics (revenue, visits, and more) for each location.
The Location Settings are a powerful feature of the RoboRewards software. Location options allow you to add franchises with thousands of locations and give thousands of users access to one location, a few locations, or as many as you choose. You have amazing business control. Think BIG!
