There are two ways to create a reward program. The first includes copying a reward program and the second includes creating a program scratch.

Copying a Reward Program

WARNING - Never modify the default "Master Template" reward programs found inside your URL. Copy it first! 


Always copy these reward program templates before editing. For instance, copy the "Single Level Rewards Program" template and name the new program "Restaurant Template," which will create a "Niche Template." Make all changes and modifications to the "Restaurant Template" (Niche Templates). Once the niche template is in place, create the live reward program from the niche "Restaurant Template." Create as many niche templates as needed.


NOTE - Reward program(s) under the Demo Business are not billed.


Once a reward program is copied, it can be modified. Each reward program created can act as a template for the next reward program created. Learn more by visiting Copy a Reward Program.


It is recommended to change the default sender profile and the niche template sender profile to your sender profile. This allows you to test the software with prospects. Learn more by visiting Sender Profiles.
